In accordance to the General Data Regulation (GDPR), we inform you that the personal data provided when filing and sending the forms published on this website will form part of the records of McLaren Vending Limited.

2. Sending of promotional and, in general, commercial information related to products and/or services supplied or provided by McLaren Vending in accordance with current legislation (Section 6.1 f) GDPR.

MCLAREN VENDING will only transfer personal data to:

• Those thirds, public bodies and institutions of the General State Administration, as well as local administrations, including judicial courts and tribunals, being legally compelled to disclose the information required.
• Nearest official operator to manage the contracting of our products and services, and to properly performance the contract or relationship which the data subject is party.

The personal data obtained through the contact form for information request, will be retained only for the time necessary to attend the requests posed. Nevertheless, if you as data subject have facilitated the information in order to commercial prospecting purposes based on legitimate mutual interests pursued, the data shall be necessary stored till the moment you decide to revoke the consent given.

The processing of the personal data provided will be carried out following the necessary measures to avoid the loss, wrong use, alteration and unauthorised access to them, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of the data and the risk analysis carried out.

In the event that the interested party considers that the above rights have not been met in accordance with current legislation, he/she may submit the corresponding claim for protection of rights before the correspondent Data Protection Agency.
