Saltire have recently had 2 new machines installed by McLaren Vending as we felt we needed bigger machines with more choice. The service we have received from them has been excellent. Ann from sales visited site the same day as I called her. The new machines were installed on the date / time agreed and it was a really smooth changeover. We also asked for some changes to the stock which was done and this has gone down really well with staff. We also have some of the choices alternated every month which again has been well received. I would definitely recommend McLaren Vending. Couldn’t be any more helpful.
Needed some general advice and although they could not help me Mr McLaren took the time to personally give me some help and advice. Isn’t it wonderful to get great service in this day and age.
McLaren Vending have been in contract for the Forge Vending machines since 2013.
In this period there have been no issues, with exceptional service.
The vending machines are well looked after and well stocked weekly.
The engineers are pleasant and work within the Centre’s regulations.
Any requests made by the centre are dealt with promptly.
